Return and Cancellation Policy

In order to maximize the customer satisfaction, returns of the product is accepted by Nepal construction mart under following condition:

• If incorrect Products are delivered, the materials delivered are different from the materials ordered In terms of size, color, dimension, model.
• If quality of the received Product does not match with the specifications stated in a purchase order. (Note: Issues relating to Product quality shall be reconfirmed through third party testing)
• If informed us within 24 hour of receipt of the product.
• If products received are tempered, damaged, defective or malfunctioning. However we encourage buyer to check the product properly while receiving the order.

Returns are not accepted if:

• A return is not notified within time as specified above.
• A Product is used or is found to have been tampered or damaged by a Buyer.
• Product is not installed according to user manual and results in damage / malfunctioning.

Company will bear the shipping charges for returns only in case of faulty or incorrect product.

A replacement request should be made by a Buyer within 24 hours of delivery, and a replacement will be done within 3-4 days time from the day of replacement request made. However, it will solely depend upon the availability of the materials/products.

Cancellation can only be made before the shipping and payment of the order. You can cancel your order by placing a cancellation request. Once the payment and billing is done order cannot be cancelled.
